CHP: coroner called to sinking scene near Patterson CA



A coroner was called to the scene of a multiple vehicle crash on Interstate 5 north of Patterson on Saturday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At 9:43 p.m., the CHP received a call from a person reporting that a vehicle had rolled over on the south side of I-5 just north of the South Howard Road exit ramp.

Shortly thereafter, a second vehicle was reported in the central division on the north side of the highway with damage to the front and one “unresponsive” person.

The CHP began to investigate as two trucks and the coroner were called into the area.

We will have more on this wreck as soon as more information becomes available.
